You will be responsible for liaising with various parties involved in the sale process, ensuring timely communicationand efficient resolution of any issues that may arise. The successful candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Progress Sales Transactions: Manage the progress of property sales transactions from the point of offer acceptance to completion, ensuring deadlines are met and all parties are kept informed of developments.Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, buyers, solicitors, and other stakeholders involved in the sales process. Provide regular updates and facilitate effective communication between all parties.Documentation: Prepare and review sales documentation, including contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring accuracy and completeness.Problem Resolution: Identify and resolve any issues or obstacles that may arise during the sales process, working proactively to minimize delays and ensure a smooth transaction.Compliance: Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and procedures governing property sales transactions, including anti-money laundering regulations and data protection laws.Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping tasks.Market Knowledge: Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide informed advice and guidance to clients.Qualifications & Experience:
