Job Description

Retail campaign managerMy client is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business. We are looking to recruirt a retail campaign manager to support our business.This is a hands-on and varied role, looking after the asset development and creation for seasonal campaign process for a global beverage retail brand.We are looking for someone with fantastic organisational and communication skills who has a natural ability to direct and lead others. You may not currently be in a campaign manager role, but you are ambitious, enthusiastic and eager to learn.This job contributes to client success by supporting the development of strategic regional in-store marketing campaigns.Key aspects of the role:

  • Being the client lead on briefing and developing seasonal campaign and marketing assets, incuding in-store print and digital screens and menu panels
  • Developing deliverables lists, annual and seasonal timelines
  • Managing creative and approval and all stakeholder liaison
  • Working with the studio and onsite team to produce assets and suggest additional assets for development
  • Assisting on marketing projects
Key responsibilities:
  • Be lead contact for six seasonal campaign toolkits per year, managing creation of assets and the seasonal campaign toolkit
  • Manage stakeholders, liaising with key client contacts, internal teams and other agency teams on timelines, deliverables, asset handover and approvals
  • Work with studio teams and onsite with the client
  • Manage time resource and retained budget and report on this each month
  • Work with the wider team on asset usage and recommend additional content
  • Regularly review global creative assets and work with the team to bring this to life for seasonal campaigns
  • Manage ad hoc brand and marketing projects
  • Understand the importance of brand guidelines
  • Be ready to become an expert on the instore strategy and how to bring it to life
  • Ensure all assets and associated documents are uploaded to a central DAM tool
Essential knowledge, skills and experience:
  • At least two years experience in marketing or advertising
  • Agency or client-side experience plus digital expertise
  • Experience working within multifunctional teams to deliver marketing plans
  • Experience of relationship management with external agencies, clients and third parties
  • Ability to think creatively and develop ways of working
  • Clear communication skills, both spoken and written
  • Ability to balance priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Skills in working independently and as part of a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of direct or indirect retail or brand marketing
