Eventus Legal are seeking a Residential Conveyancer with experience to join a successful team based in Mansfield. The successful candidate will be working alongside a thriving team, with assistant support. The role is a permanent position.Role responsibilitiesThe incoming Residential Conveyancer will be part of a successful and busy team, who all handle a high value caseload of Conveyancing matters consisting of freehold and leasehold sales & purchases, remortgages, transfer of equity, new build and shared ownership. You will be responsible for progressing your own caseload of files, from instruction to post-completion. There is very good administration support, but you should be able to carry out all stages of the transaction including taking initial instructions, opening files and post completion matters.Person specificationApplications are sought from experienced Residential Conveyancers. Qualified Solicitors, Legal Executives, Licenced Conveyancers and experienced Fee-Earners are all encouraged to apply. You will have experience across all areas of residential conveyancing, ideally acting for a similar profile of client and you will be able to manage a caseload without supervision.
