Job Description

£16 - £17 p/h - Band 6 Equivalent/Circa £33.1K | 37.5 Hour Contract - Days | RGN or RMN Considered | Small Nursing Home - Good CQCA small private nursing home in Mansfield is looking to recruit an RGN or RMN Registered Nurse to work full-time days.The home is fully CQC compliant and offers elderly and dementia care packages in a home from home setting.Details of this RGN/RMN Registered Nurse role and what the home is offering:

  • A permanent contract of 37.5 hours per week, working flexible day shifts
  • Great rates of pay from £16 to £17 per hour depending on experience, which is in line with NHS Band 6 rates of pay and equates to a salary in the region of £33,100
  • A comprehensive induction programme in addition to ongoing learning and development opportunities
    • As RGN/RMN Nurse, you will coordinate and implement person centred care plans, ensuring the needs of service users are met. You will administer and manage drugs and medications along with maintaining accurate records and leading a team of HCAs on duty.What we are looking for in a Nurse:
  • NMC Registered Adult/RGN or Mental Health/RMN
  • Ideally experienced in a UK nursing home or elderly care environment and confident working in a long-term adult care setting
  • Flexible to work night shifts over a 7 day rota
