Receptionist & Administrator | Mansfield | £22,000-£25,000 | Permanent, Full-TimeThis is an exciting opportunity for an Administrator experienced in Reception/Front of House duties, to join a progressive, growing company based in Mansfield. They have a great environment and excellent facilities!You will be the first point of contact both face to face and over the phone, dealing with enquiries, quotes and associated administration tasks. Finer details of the role:Answering the phone, transferring calls and taking messagesGreeting clients into the office and organising refreshments Setting up meeting rooms/areas Processing quotes for the Estimators Ensuring calendars are up to date You will have experience of working within a Receptionist/Administration role, dealing with clients at a range of levels.
