PA / Executive Assistant | £12.56 - £13.85 | Temporary | North NottinghamCherry Professional are pleased to be working with a fantastic public sector organisation in North Nottingham, who are seeking anPA / ExecutiveAssistantto start as soon as possible until March 2024. Reporting directly tothe Leadership Team, thePA / ExecutiveAssistantwill support them with all senior administration duties which includes minute taking.With approximately 250 employee’s, this is a great opportunity to join a corporate, professionalorganisation.Key Responsibilities:To maintain the upmost confidentiality and discretion in relation to all meetings, correspondence and sensitive information, ensuring adequate security for such data at all times.To organise the electronic diary to ensure the schedule is kept to and fully informed at all times, using initiative and a proactive approach to ensure pre-preparation.To organise the committeemeetings.Prepare meeting agendas, circulate papers / actions from previous meeting.Takingminutesof meetings and distributing them.The Ideal Candidate:Experience in aPA or Executive Assistant role within a corporate environment.Experience of working with Executive leadership teams / Boards / Committees.Previous minute taking experience.The role requires a self-motivated, extremely organised and professional individual who enjoys working as part of a team but who can lead by example and work with the minimum of supervision.Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).Experience working in a fast-paced environment.What is on offer:Salary£24,603 - £27,337Full time hours 37.5 a week.Benefits includefree parking.Other roles you may have applied for arePersonal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Office Coordinator, Team Secretary.Cherry Professional are recruiting for this opportunity on behalf of our client.
