Job Description

Accountancy Practice specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment are working with a forward-thinking firm of Chartered Accountants in Mansfield who are seeking to recruit a Payroll Administrator to join their bureau team.The ideal candidate will have strong experience of undertaking payroll work in a practice or payroll bureau environment, so will be comfortable in providing a broad range of clients with a payroll service. The role will involve processing end to end payrolls, producing P45’s & P60’s, calculating salaries & hourly rates, dealing with statutory payments & deductions and auto enrolment.The successful individual will be rewarded with a highly competitive salary & benefits package, flexible working hours and opportunities to develop with a leading firm.The role can be seen in more detail below:Duties & Responsibilities:Working as part of the payroll bureau team, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients` payrolls that will vary in size and complexityProcessing weekly, monthly and quarterly payrollsStarters and leaver calcualtionsMaternity and paternity payDealing with auto enrolment pension providers and uploading to their portalsCommunicating with internal & external stakeholdersExpense payments, sick pay, holiday payDealing with ad hoc client queriesRequirements:Previous practice experience or payroll bureauStrong communication skills and ability to build strong client relationshipsExcellent administrative and organisational skillsExperience of Sage 50 PayrollFor more information on this role please contact Ed Taylor at Taylor Rose Recruitment.
