Job Description

Maintenance Engineer (Manufacturing)Mansfield£32,500 + annual salary reviews + training + progression + up to 8% bonus + 33 days holiday + overtime (up to 1.5x)Are you a maintenance engineer / technician or similar, looking to join a well-established, stable company which has been running for over 100 years, in an exciting and varied new role where you will be assisting with the supervision of a team of maintenancetechnicians, as well as working on the tools yourself, whilst receiving excellent, specialist training, the potential for long term progression ensure you reach your full potential, whilst receiving great company benefitsAre you looking to step into a multi-faceted role, with a highly innovative company that has been established for over 100 years, and is currently growing and expanding whilst providing a wide range of design and manufacture solutions for specialist railand transportation equipment, where their success is your successOn offer is the opportunity to join a forward thinking, stable organisation, in a hugely varied role. You will be responsible for supervising the maintenance team, as well as maintenance of manufacturing equipment onsite, responding to breakdowns, completingthe PPM schedule and faultfinding on a range of mechanical and electrical machinery.The role:

  • Mechanical and Electrical maintenance on a range of equipment such as overhead cranes, welding equipment
  • Faultfinding / diagnosis
  • Complete the preventative maintenance schedule
  • Respond to breakdowns on site, carry out efficient reactive maintenance
  • Complete reports for breakdowns to ensure continuous improvement
The person:
  • Any maintenance experience, from an engineering background
