As M&E Project Manager you will manage and deliver the building/construction elements of Capital, Lifecycle and Small Works projects from inception to completion including income generation work to time and budget, maintaining quality standards throughout. To collaboratively work with Stakeholders as part of an Integrated Project Team including adherence and compliance with the company and the clients systems of work. Some occasional travel will be involved so flexibility will be required.Youll:Manage Capital, Lifecycle and Small Project works including design management, estimating, sub-contractor procurement, resource planning and implementation of contract or on occasion direct labour.Pre-plan all works with relevant stakeholders and then liaise with all relevant parties including but not limited to Operations Managers, Estates Managers, Client, Trade Contractors, Consultants and other third parties including departments to agree acceptable commencement date for the works.Ensure that appropriate project information is produced, reviewed, and recorded to ensure statutory and contractual obligations are met, this will include project and contract documentation, H&S files, O&M manuals and drawings in AutoCAD format etc.Develop and maintain effective and efficient working relationships and communication with Stakeholders.Were looking for:Demonstrable experience working to British Standards and current regulations.Must have experience in leading and delivering H&S excellence and champion Injury Free Environment initiatives.Minimum 5 years working undertaking multiple projects simultaneously.Proven experienced in delivering multiple complex projects up to a value of circa £1.5M, demonstrate experience of high calibre trouble shooting where requiredGood understanding and working knowledge of several software packages including Microsoft Office suite (including Word, Excel, and Powerpoint), MS Project and experienced in use of MIS systems and Asset database systems.Proven experience of leadership and management of a diverse range of supply chain contractors providing direction and support to ensure successful delivery of projects on time and budget.Robust, measurable experience of CDM regulations is a mandate, and the desire to successfully deliver the proposals for the new legislation.Experienced in change management cultures, behavioural culture changes and fostering new relationships with all stakeholders. Technically qualified to minimum of HNC (Building) or relevant DegreeMinimum of 5 years experience in the management of multi-disciplinary projectsDesirable to hold professional qualification in a building services or related discipline or Project ManagementCDM AwarenessSMSTS or IOSH H&S Managing Safely CertificationHold a CSCS card or equivalent.
