A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a people centric services organisation as a temporary to permanent HR Analyst. Working as part of this small but perfectly formed HR team, you’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining all people data to support the organisation in bringing the most accurate insight to support the people strategy.And what will you get in returnThe team are full of energy and are really friendly, with a great team spirit, so you’re off to a great start already…. So, if you’re up for a challenge in a great environment then look no further…What you’ll be doing:· You’ll be partnering with the HR team to identify and analyse data to inform decision making to shape the people and reward agenda.· Develop insights using new innovative methods to inform the business of key trends and inform decision making.· Responsible for the creating and updating all people policies, ensuring that the company remains legally compliant at all times.· Managing the reward and recognition framework, interpreting stakeholder requirements and providing advice and guidance.· Support the HR team by providing guidance around payroll, pensions and policy queries, so that the advice provided to the company is consistent and accurate.· Present data in a simply meaningful way, identifying and presenting current trends to a variety of stakeholders.What you’ll be:· Proven experience of working in a HR Analytical role· Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills· Experience of analysing and reporting data to identify trends, patterns and connections and convert the information to lead to insight· Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage with a hierarchy of stakeholdersDistinct Recruitment Privacy Policy
