Job Description

Vacancy: HandymanLocation: Mansfield and surrounding areasHours: Monday to Friday 40 hoursSalary: £20,000 to £22,000My client is lookiong for an experienced Handyman to visit various sites carrying out maintenance around various stores around Mansfield and local areasHandyman role:

  • Work throughout the area
  • Must be willing to travel to other dealerships to support and assist with other maintenance operatives.
  • External work, such as gutter cleaning, drain unblocking, potholes repairs, cladding / fascia cleaning, decorations, windows, doors perimeter hoops etc.
  • Internal work, such as ceiling tile replacement, decorations generally, floor and wall tiling (small scale), carpet tile and vinyl flooring (small scale), basic plumbing (water and waste), lamp fitting replacement, general joinery, doors / ironmongery,kitchen / canteen unit replacement, radiator bleeding, furniture assembly and repairs etc.
Requirements:
  • You must have some knowledge and experience working in a similar role.
  • Ownership of work follow.
  • Ability to comply with company policies and procedures.
  • Must hold a full UK driving license
