Job Description

Digital signage programme manager Job description My client is a world-class, multichannel marketing services business, known for its work with a wide range of international brands. We’re looking for a skilled AV/Digital Signage Account Manager.Reporting to the Operations Manager, the successful applicant will work with a newly acquired client delivering a European rollout of 3,000 screens into vending machines across 28 countries over the next three years.You will need to be highly proactive, with the ability to multitask efficiently. Based at a state-of-the-art high-tech hub, you’ll join a hardworking team of colleagues who welcome honest feedback and actively encourage innovation and professional development.Travel within the UK is an element of the role.Key responsibilities:

  • Ownership of and accountability for the commercial aspect of the project
  • Forecasting and management of hardware procurement from direct suppliers
  • Setup, management and invoicing of monthly jobs
  • Managing third-party break-fix suppliers and being a point of escalation for support tickets
  • Managing support enquiries within agreed SLAs
  • Producing and updating technical and project documentation
  • Setting up systems to enable the smooth rollout and expansion of the screen estate
  • Reporting on activity in regular reviews
  • Directing installation engineers and third-party contractors
  • Collaborating with the dedicated content project manager and content creation teams
  • Taking ownership of and being lead stakeholder for the project
Essential skills and experience:
  • Understanding of international trading and invoicing to deliver large-scale projects
  • Knowledge of relevant health and safety processes
  • Project management and delivery skills
  • Strong administration, organisational and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience in a similar role involving project management of digital signage, EPOS or audio-visual installations, preferably internationally
  • Sound knowledge of digital signage and AV hardware and software
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • Motivation to research new technical solutions
  • Willingness to embrace change and aim to improve
Desirable skills and experience:
  • ITIL/PRINCE2 or equivalent qualification
  • Knowledge of LED hardware, 4G/5G networking, software and systems
  • Knowledge of Adobe WorkFront, MS Office 365, Zendesk
