Job Title: CNC Miller (Operator & Setter)Location: Mansfield, NottinghamshireSalary Range: £15.00 - £18.99p/h (overtime at enhanced rate)Job Type: Full-Time, Monday – FridayShift Pattern: Monday – Thursday 10:00pm - 06:00am Friday - 10:00pm - 06:00amWe are currently seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Miller to join a dynamic team. As a leading manufacturing company, they specialise in delivering high-quality precision components for the automotive and aerospace industry. This is an exciting opportunityto grow with a rapidly growing company.Responsibilities:- Set up and operate a range of 3,4 and 5-axis CNC milling machines to produce accurate and precise components according to engineering drawings and specifications.- Conduct regular maintenance and troubleshoot any issues with the machines to ensure optimal performance.- Perform quality checks and inspections to verify the conformance of finished products to design requirements.- Maintain accurate documentation of production activities, including machine settings, tooling changes, and production logs.Requirements:- Previous experience as a CNC machinist or similar role.- Mazatrol, Heidenhain experience (desirable)- Experience in setting up and operating CNC milling machines.- Strong understanding of machining processes- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Interaction Recruitment have specialist consultants across the majority of industries within the UK, including but not limited to, Finance & IT, Technical & Engineering, Industrial, Commercial and Hospitality.
