Job Description

Asset Management Performance OfficerPermanent£Competitive Nottinghamshire/South Yorkshire Home WorkingOur client is looking for an experienced Asset Management Performance Officer to join their team on a permanent basis. You will assist the Regional Property Services teams in the effective management of project performance.Key responsibilities of the Asset Management Performance Officer:

  • Provide coordination and support to the Property Services Manager and surveying team
  • Working with the Property Services Manager to identify and highlight any trends and key points which may affect the timely delivery of the regional projects
  • Assist in the financial management of the regional property investment programme
  • Communicate effectively on performance issues, including presentations and reports
  • Assist in preparing budgets and financial frameworks
  • Responsible for collating and interrogating property and/or work related data, ensuring the ongoing quality, integrity, accuracy and completeness
Essential criteria of the Asset Management Performance Officer:
  • Proven experience in working with remote teams, being able to build relationships and contribute to the teams success
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications specifically Excel
  • Excellent written communication and presentation skills
