Application Support Specialist - 4th Line Application Support - Middleware Application Support - Web Based Application Support Engineer - Scripting - PowerShell - Linux - Cloud - Azure - EDMS - ITIL - Workflow - web-based Applications - XML - JSON - Rest - API - Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, Competitive salary + Bens + remote workingI am looking for an Application Support Specialist who can join an established team who are responsible for the technical design, development and implementation of web-based application systems.The Application Support Specialist - Web Based Application Support Engineer will be responsible for

  • Developing web-based applications or systems while adhering to development specifications.
  • Supporting and facilitating the posting of data, programs, forms, HTML pages and graphic images for existing and new applications
  • Produce technical documentation on installation and operation procedures for end users.
    • The key skills for the Application Support Specialist are
  • Previous experience of working in a web-based application support environment
  • Good scripting experience ideally PowerShell
  • Ideally some knowledge of MS Azure
  • Strong experience of ITIL practices ideally in the area of Incident, Release, Change and Problem management.
  • If you have worked with any EDMS systems would be highly beneficial
    • This role is based in Mansfield and can offer remote working but ideally be within easy commutable distance of the offices in Mansfield.
