ACCOUNT HANDLER / SCHEMES ROLEMANSFIELD£23,000 to £30,000 + COMMISSIONTHE OPPORTUNITY:Were exclusively supporting a market leading Insurance Broker located in Mansfield who are looking to grow their team with an additional Account Handler whos role role would be to administer a portfolio of clients Insurances in the sigh industry schemesdepartment, in a professional and ethical manner following agreed procedures. Working closely with the Account Executive(s) you will be your clients first point of contact for cover queries, mid term adjustments, quotations for additional insurances, documentissues and many other tasks and projects.This is a fantastic opportunity with a forward-thinking organisation where you can truly build a long term career.THE PACKAGE:£23,000 to £30,000 Basic + Lucrative Bonus/Commission SchemeOngoing Training and a Clear Development PathKEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES:- Dealing mainly with Sign Industry Schemes clients;- Building and maintaining effective professional relationships;- Offering advice about existing products and promoting value added services;- Handling and responding to product queries from clients quickly, efficiently and accurately;- Check and send out proposals and policy documents;- Dealing with mid-term adjustments, renewals, new business quotations - dealing with Commercial Combined and other Commercial Insurance policies including Motor Trade Combined;- Keeping abreast of market conditions and developments;- Building up detailed knowledge about the companys products in this specialist scheme;- Understanding and maintaining a good working knowledge of the rules and compliance procedures of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA);- Training will be provided for development within the role;- Complete all administration and paperwork in accordance with Company Procedures;- Treat customers fairly at all times having assessed their specific needs; and Ensure that you conduct yourself in accordance with FCA rules and guidelines as issued by the company.EXPERIENCE / SKILLS: - Minimum of 2 years Insurance experience essential - Good telephone manner, strong communication skills- Keen interest in progression within Insurance- Committed, thorough and accurate worker- Organisational and time management skills are essential as well as a client focused approach- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines- Ability to work as a member of a teamTO APPLY:If you are an experienced Account Handler with the required skills, please send your CV for immediate consideration.
