Job Description

3D Creative Designer Opportunity Location: Mansfield (On-site) Salary: Up to £44,000 depending on experience + additional benefits Applause IT is looking for a dynamic 3D Creative Designer to join an award-winning full-service creative agency. Were seeking out talented individuals who can bring fresh ideas and contribute to innovative display and packaging concepts for globally recognisedbrands, such as Loreal, Maybelline, NYX, Soap&Glory, and more!This role will be within the Display team, where youll dive into the world of semi-permanent and permanent POS, working alongside a team of 26 colleagues. They have a vibrant culture, with a massive emphasis on collaboration and teamwork, all the whilecontributing to innovative designs that enhance retail presence.Heres what the role entails:

  • Develop vibrant in-store designs and packaging to elevate the retail presence of brands.
  • Collaborate with a diverse team of 3D Designers, Graphic Designers, Engineers, and Project Managers.
  • Ensure designs meet client specifications and adhere to retail guidelines through effective communication with engineering and sales teams.
  • Tackle a variety of briefs, from clear shelf trays to complex retail store environments.
  • Thrive in a busy studio environment, transitioning seamlessly between tasks
What were seeking:
  • Were looking for someone from a creative background, whether that be 3D Design, or even Product Design, Interior Design, Furniture Design, etc.
  • Ideally, you will have experience using different Software tools, our client uses 3Ds Max.
  • Excellent communication skills to ensure designs adhere to client specifications and retail guidelines
  • Adaptability to work across a range of briefs, spanning various levels of difficulty.
