2nd Line SupportRole: 2nd Line Support Location: MansfieldSalary: Up to £30,000 DOE ** APPLY NOW **I am working with an established IT Solutions company based near Mansfield to help find an ambitions 2nd Line Engineer to join their friendly team. You will be working on their busy helpdesk to provide support to customers located across Nottingham, and so will have great customer service and customer care skills. Initially you will be working in the office with the other 4 members of the 2nd line team, but eventually will be given the opportunity to work from home on a permanent basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a company that will make you feel part of the team from day one and will help you to broaden your knowledge and experience across the newest technologies on the market.
