Young Persons Support Worker - ManchesterAre you a passionate, dedicatedSupport Worker looking for your next role 4Recruitment Services are recruiting aYoung Persons Support Worker to join a team based in Stretford, Manchester.Pay Rates: £13.48 - £16.50 per hourYoung Persons Support Workerrole:Full JD Available

  • Support and enable young people to develop independence skills required to move into their own long term accommodation.
  • Help with tenancys and access to help with benefits, employment ect.
  • Support with budgeting, healthcare, daily living.
  • Support with moving preperation.
Essential Requirements:
  • Recent experience working with young vulnerable people
  • Recent experience working with homeless/ housing
  • Knowledge and understanding of the education, training and employment needs of young people
  • Knowledge of regulations and guidance in relations to care leavers
  • You Must Have Right to Live & Work in the UK
  • Enhanced Child DBS Certificate registered onto the update service
