Job Description

Are you a Primary School Teacher looking for you next role in a fantastic Primary School in South ManchesterTradewind Recruitment is currently looking for an ambitious Primary Teacher to join this OFSTED Good 3-form entry Primary School in the Rusholme area of South Manchester. This full time Year 1 maternity post commences after the Easter break, and you willbe required for one full calendar year. This exciting position will command a main scale salary of up to M6 (£36,691). The school are keen to appoint an Early Career Teacher for this post but have specified that experience in a UK primary school is essential.As the Year 1 Teacher, you will be responsible for a class of 29 children and will have the support of a full time Teaching assistant. You will be responsible for all planning in partnership with the other Year 1 teachers, and will be expected to attendall staff meetings and training sessionsBased in the Rusholme area of South Manchester. This 3-form entry Ofsted rated Good Primary school is currently striving for Outstanding so you will be surrounded by teachers and support staff who are consistently demonstrating outstanding practice.There is a strong ethos in school which is centered around high academic achievement and respect between children and staff.   • Fully qualified Teacher Status
  • teaching experience in the United Kingdom
  • Experience in Key Stage 1 is essential in this role
