Will Writer – Work from HomeOur client is looking for a Will Writer who wishes to progress to the next level.If you’re an experienced Will Writer wishing to have autonomy over your working environmentand the flexibility of being able to work 100% from home with no income cap, then we have theposition for you.Working with customers throughout the UK, we provide reviews of Wills and Powers of Attorneyfor existing and new clients.The Company:We are the exclusive distributors of a range of products and services tailored to three distinctcategories of UK resident clients.These being affluent returning UK expats, HNW foreign nationals who have taken up residence inthe UK, and certain accredited UK Nationals residing in their home country.Our objective is to help grow and protect their asset base so they can enjoy the results of thatbefore passing on their wealth to future generations in the most tax efficient manner.We advise around Inheritance Tax, Capital Gains Tax, income tax and Stamp Duty Land Tax mattersand offer a bespoke service that makes them as tax efficient as they can be.Other services include the provision of Wills, Guardianship and Lasting Powers of Attorney (LPA)which are closely linked to an Estate Plan and a personal IHT mitigation strategy.We offer training to improve your skills, coaching to enhance your effectiveness, and unrivalledopportunities to advance your career.We want you to be proud of the work you do and feel valuedas an individual.Throughout our offices we are respectful of diversity, committed to professional excellence, andhonest with our staff and clients.We are a company where you can really make a difference and truly feel part of our family.The Role:Initially working from home, you will use the company’s database and your own resources togenerate enquiries and leads with a view to reviewing existing arrangements before updating andadding new fiduciary services as required from the Company’s full product suite.The position attracts agenerous remuneration package for providing quality advice and service.Maybe you are tired of all the cold calling and being expected to generate all your own leads!Would you like to work from a bank of existing clients where you can express yourself and yourindividuality and put your own stamp on the relationship and generate new business opportunitiesThere is potential to earn additional significant income from other services offered within thegroup.About You – Required Skills and Experience:

• You should be a self-motivated, service driven individual.
• Be able to articulate and explain a range of fiduciary services that will support future needs.
• Be able to work alone as well as being a member of a team.
• Have a friendly outgoing approach.
• Be well organised.
• Have a desire to move to the next level.

Essential Previous Experience:

• Worked within a structured and regulated framework.
• Previous Will Writing/fiduciary experience.
• Previous experience of being regulated by either the IPW, SWW, FCA, STEP or similar.
