Job Description

WEB/APP ANALYSTMOSTLY REMOTE (UK-based)£35,000 - £45,000 + benefits This is a fantastic opportunity to work as a Web/App Analyst, joining the Web Analytics team of ths leading retail company. With the chance to work on this companys retail app, this position would be perfect for someone looking to take on a new and excitingrole.THE COMPANY:This is a well-known retail company with an excellent high street and online presence. With this companys large customer database, the Web/App Analyst will have the opportunity to work on the data from over 40 million customers, thus developing your analyticsskillset further.THE ROLE:As a Web/App Analyst, you will be the first hire into this team and reporting to the Senior Web Analyst, as well as working with the wider Web Analytics team. You can expect to work daily with SQL, as well as on the companys app. You will also be workingon other exciting projects, such as:

  • looking at funnel reports and basket abandonment/drop offs of when people go through to the basket
  • looking at comparison between the website and app
  • looking at customer insights and reporting these to the wider team
  • working closely with all other teams within the analytics function, including marketing to look at campaigns, and app developers to look at new feature roll outs
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:As a Web/App Analyst, you will:
  • have excellent SQL proficiency
  • have good proficiency with a data visualisation tool
  • have experience in customer insight/web analytics for looking at CRO, the end-to-end customer journey, customer funnel analysis, and basket abandonment analysis
  • preferably have an ecommerce background or something similar
  • preferably have experience with Google Analytics
  • preferably have experience in app analysis with tools such as firebase
SALARY AND BENEFITS:
  • £35,000-£45,000

  • Mostly remote working - the office is based in Leicester, but candidates can expect to come in approximately once a month
