Page Personnel have partnered with a retailer in Manchester who, due to huge success and growth in 2020, are growing their marketing function. They are looking for a Web & Marketing Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis to support their future growth plans.Client DetailsA successful manufacturer and retailer who have had a fantastic trading year, with exceptional growth set to continue throughout 2021DescriptionAs a Web & Marketing Administrator, you will report directly to the Head of eCommerce and Marketing, to support the growth of both online and offline sales. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to;- Upload and maintain website content and online product catalogue in a timely manner, using appropriate tools and following style guidelines.- Ensure all website front end information is correct and informative and minimise potential for inaccuracies.- Coordinate the implementation of the marketing promotional calendar- Maintain a clean and organised website back office- Work with customer service and sales teams to gather customer feedback to locate and resolve any reports of problems.- Collaborate with development teams to report and resolve usability issues.- Track, compile, and analyze web site usage data.- Document application and web site changes or change procedures and communicate out to internal teams. Conduct thorough testing following site updates and releases.- Work with SEO teams to implement SEO best practices across all product and website content.- Maintain monitoring and analytics tools on web servers and web sites.- Conduct thorough testing following site updates and releases.- Monitor accuracy of catalogue feeds for 3rd parties such as affiliates, Facebook and Google- Work closely with the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing to build out and execute online marketing activities such as email, affiliate marketing and social media.-Assist in producing and collating assets for use on social media and other marketing campaigns-On occasions support other business functions with administrative tasks.ProfileTo be considered for this role, you must;- Have previous experience within a similar role- Have a high attention to detail- Possess excellent communication skills- Be confident with using technology softwaresJob Offer£17,000-£20,000 + start date asap + free onsite parking + great working environment + supportive office culture
