Where possible, we are open to offering and supporting flexible working, among other initiatives to ensure that we develop a safe and inclusive workplace.WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING As our Wayleave Field Account Manager your primary focus is to open the Retro Multi Dwelling Units (MDUs), across various regions in England, in order to unlock MDU properties so that our service partners can provide full fibre connections to residents.The Wayleave Field Account Manager will be responsible for identifying target sites and engaging directly with Property Stakeholders and Owners, Building Managers as well as residents of multi dwelling properties.You will be responsible for lead generation, relationship development and will also be responsible for updating the CRM system and providing detailed reporting to the Senior Strategic Manager.As this is a field-based role, there will be travel required.WHAT WILL YOU BRING Youll have a proven track record in new business development, demonstrable negotiation skills and the ability to communicate with varying audiences, building strong working relationships in the process. Its important that youre able to think ‘outside the box, using your creative and strategic thinking to generate leads and ultimately unlock MDU properties.Knowledge and experience of Residential Freehold or Leasehold Property would be beneficial, as would an active contact base.OUR CULTUREThe CityFibre Way is how we think, act and work.
