Night Shift Team Leader, Greater Manchester, £28,996 + Benefits + BonusAre you looking to work in a high volume, fast-paced environment while being part of a management team that are always striving to improveIf so, then this is the Job for you!This role over sees a team of circa 15 warehouse operatives coordinating their activities to meet set objectives on the night shift (22:00-06:00), alongside another 6 team leaders who all report into the shift manager.So, whats involved in the roleYou will Support the senior leadership team including the operations manager, outbound team leader and shift manager. While also motivating and engaging your team to hit targets.In this role you will communicate with all stake holders by engaging in daily briefing meetings. Ensuring smooth communication is at the heart of everything you do to ensure the operation is running as smooth as possible.You will deliver great service with a positive attitude no matter how busy your shift gets. You are at the heart of the replenishment operation your efficiency directly impacts availability to our customers.You will always strive to improve the operation, always seeking out new and improved ways of working. Proactively risk assessing and following company procedure to remove and reduce any risks.
