Job Description

Warehouse AdministratorLocation: Trafford, Manchester, M41 7LY.Salary: £20,000 - £24,000 a year.Contract: Full time, permanent.100% provides award-winning solutions to activate retail experiences for leading global brands. Specialists in international installation and maintenance services for retail display, harnessing market-leading experience and extensive global coverage to deliver our solutions in stores across the world.We bring ideas to life and have worked on high-profile product launches and ground-breaking in-store experiences for brands like Adidas, Nike, Dyson, GoPro, Sony, Sonos, LG and Beats by Dre.Who are we looking forOur growth and increasing customer base have created a new opportunity for an Inventory Coordinator to support the operational team with the timely and accurate input of stock onto systems and organisation of engineer kits.We have a great team culture with a strong work ethic and are looking for people who are enthusiastic, ambitious and want to be part of an exciting company.Responsibilities:• Respond to emails, create ticket requests and process through to completion.• Create picks and ensure transactions are completed within a timely fashion.• Liaise with warehouse team for package information.• Arrange shipments and provide tracking information to clients.• Coordinate with third party suppliers for outstanding deliveries.• Collate data and organise the replenishment of trunk kits.• Update and maintain the administration of stock inventory and bespoke asset and picking applications.• Monthly insight on live device movement.• Produce and monitor accurate fulfilment data, monitoring budget compared to cost.• Raise purchase orders and invoicing for the team.• Assist management with creating briefs and training materials.• Support with ad hoc task requests according to business needs• Manage correspondence by answering emails and sorting mail.• Organise and maintain documentation accurately.What youll need:• Previous experience in a similar role.• Warehouse/Inventory understanding.• Knowledge of asset management systems and its data.• Microsoft Office including Word, PowerPoint and advanced Excel knowledge, formulas e.g. VLOOKUPs, IF statements.• Self-starter with a drive to succeed.• Forward thinking approach and continuously improve process and systems.• Confident to work autonomously and seek support as required.• A proactive approach to getting things done.• Customer service awareness.• Flexibility to react and adapt to rapidly changing scenarios.• Problem solving ability.• Driven to meet deadlines in line with compliance.• Strong organisational approach with great attention to detail.• A team player attitude and a willingness to get stuck in.• Effective communication including verbal and nonverbal.• Resilience and positive in challenging situations.Desirable:• Retail industry awareness.• Analytical and able to present information.• Advanced biometrics.• Experience supporting large teams.What’s nextIf you love a challenge where no two days are the same, please send your CV and tell us why you should be our next 100%’er.No agencies pleaseWhat we can offer you:• Competitive salary• Company bonus• Free on-site parking• 25 days holidays per annum• Holidays increased with length of service• Company sickness scheme• Monthly company lunches• Regular fun social events• Private healthcare• Pension scheme• Eye careWork remotely:• Temporarily due to COVID-19COVID-19 precaution(s):• Remote interview process• Plastic shield at work stations• Temperature screenings• Social distancing guidelines in place• Virtual meetings• Sanitisation, disinfection or cleaning procedures in place Required skills
