Additionally, we provide Filled Products such as Mattress Protectors, Toppers, Pillow Protectors, Towels,Throws, Ready-made Curtains, and Home Accessories.Key Responsibilities:Paperwork Management: Accurately prepare, process, and maintain records for inbound and outbound shipments. Ensure all documentation is complete and complies with relevant regulations and company standards. Customer Interaction: Answer calls and emails from clients, suppliers, and internal team members. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering assistance when needed. Warehouse Management System (WMS):Utilize the warehouse management system to track and manage inventory, shipments, and orders. Monitor and update inventory levels, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.Warehouse Duties: Your responsibilities will include order picking, processing, off-loading, and stock replenishment.Data Entry: Enter data into the system accurately and efficiently. Maintain up-to-date and organized records of all warehouse activities. Reporting: Generate reports related to warehouse operations, inventory levels, and shipment status. Share reports with relevant stakeholders as required.Quality Control: Assist in quality control checks to ensure products meet the companys standards. Report any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members. Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment. Adhere to company policies and procedures.Qualifications:Previous experience in warehouse administration or a related field is a plus. Strong computer skills and proficiency with warehouse management systems. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accuraterecords. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
