Learn more at maximusuk.co.uk.Working Well Early Help Caseworker (Vocational Rehabilitation)Job SummaryTo undertake detailed holistic/bio-psychosocial assessments, address and identify key health, psychological and workplace barriers causing ongoing sickness absence from work and unemployment, formulate detailed, appropriate and well rationalised return to work plans, conduct successful and effective case management throughout a participant’s journey on the WWEH. All assessments return to work plans and case management to be delivered in accordance with professional standards and best-practice vocational rehabilitation approaches.The salary for this role is £27,500.The office is in Manchester City Centre and there will be a need to travel into the office (for example to attend meetings as and when required) any travel needs to commutable within the day.
