UX Designer - Manchester - Up to £55,000 - GamingThe Candidate is recruiting for a UX Designer to join a well-funded, growing technology division of an industry-leading gambling group who operate in physical shops and online in Europe with an exciting scaling project underway in the USA.Our client has spent the last few years and £30 million developing a new platform to accommodate their online business. With plans to scale their international products over the next 5+ years.The platform accommodates products such as sports betting, gaming and player management with a consumer facing web and mobile apps and all the systems that make the business work.They aspire to build and operate the sports gambling sectors best tech platform and have the full backing from their parent company. As the UX Designer you would be based in the Manchester office working with 150+ employees who enjoy a balance of time inthe office and time working from home as after all this is the new normal!A typical day to day as the UX Designer will be varied from collaborating with stakeholders for BAU activities to larger roadmaps as well as applying process driven understanding of UX/UI in order to produce the highest quality designs from scratch. Youllalso create brand new concepts for brand new site features which will enhance customers digital experience of the platform. This role also has a strong focus on the end-user therefore ideally you are data-driven to aid conversion and retention rates.Salary on offer up to £55K with companywide (performance based) annual bonus of 10%.Key Responsibilities & Skills
