UX Designer | UX/ UI | Tech For Good | Manchester City Centre | £60,000 | Remote First A SaaS "Tech for Good" start-up are scaling their Design team in their lovely Manchester City Centre office space.The app is an anti-bullying, anti-discrimination and anti-harassment app which has made such a positive impact (globally) that they have already secured their second round of investment and are anticipating a very exiting future.We are looking for a UX Designer to deliver the UX function for our SaaS platform, where the user is at the forefront of everything we do.As UX Designer, you will work closely with our Researchers, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to define and deliver new features.A typical day in this role would involve taking part in Agile practices (including: standups, sprint planning, retrospectives and prioritisation) with our Development, Research and Product specialists.You will explore new features through mapping, sketching, prototyping, and testing. In addition to, collaborating with the design team to create consistent and empathy driven experiences, feeding back design improvements and ensuring a close working relationshipbetween both the design and development teams.Requirements:
