Job Description

UI DesignerManchester Staff are currently working with an award winning Design Agency who are looking to add a talented UI Designer to their team. The role offers a mixture of remote and office based work combined with flexible working hours.The ideal UI Designer will ideally have previous agency experience (not essential) and be able to evidence diversity amongst their work.Are you a UI designer looking for a new challenge within an exciting, growing but very much established Design Agency Then this could be the role for you!The role:

  • Conduct layout adjustments based on client feedback
  • Devise customer journeys, wireframing and designing responsive websites
  • To communicate visual design process, ideas, and solutions to the team and client.
  • You will work closely with the Senior UX Designer who will deliver the UX work within the team, which you will then take and apply brand and aesthetics, to ensure the product looks and feels engaging.
  • You will bring exceptional visual design skills to the design team, with a strong eye for detail to ensure the end product is of the highest quality.
    • Required Skills:
  • Experience using tools such as Figma, Adobe, Balsamiq, Zeplin and Adobe Creative Suite or equivalent.
  • Strong UI/ UX - illustrator.
  • Possess brilliant layout, colour theory, typography skills and, sharp attention to detail.
  • A general understanding of web usability and information architecture, including a knowledge of wireframes and mock-ups.
  • Have excellent knowledge of the digital landscape.
  • perform effectively to tight deadlines, work well both independently and as part of a team
