The Role:Manage the Groups Treasury financial services to deliver cash flow forecasting and a robust treasury risk management control environment. Lead, develop and maintain the Groups Long Term Financial Plans.Responsibilities:Lead the financial modelling of the Groups Long Term Financial plans.Develop and maintain forecast future cash flows for each company within the Group.To work with lead colleagues on the new build development projects and key asset investment plans to ensure robust financial planning, monitoring and control of those projects, schemes and asset investment plans; and support the development of the Groups Assets & Liabilities register.Lead the budgeting and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with all loan covenants and provision of Treasury Financial reporting.Lead on the submission of quarterly and annual regulatory returns, ensuring completeness, accuracy and timeliness of those submissions.The applicant:Must having Housing Sector experienceMust hold a full recognised accountancy qualificationMust have experience using BrixxIdeally have line management experience Badenoch + Clark acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
