This role will support the Treasury team and is a crucial role in the smooth running of our business. You will contribute to the success of our team by taking on certain responsibilities for the cash and reporting on a daily basis . There will be trainingand development opportunities for a candidate who expresses the desire to further their career in Treasury. As a Treasury Assistant, you wont be afraid of a challenge, youll also communicate confidently and effectively as you will be working with a variety of amazing people from across our business. Key Responsibilities The responsibility of the Treasury Assistant is to assist with the financial activities the organisation and the job responsibilities will include: Preparation and communication of the group daily cash position Bank reconciliations Posting cash journals Preparation of all payments that are not part of the AP process Update the cash books Preparation and payment of expenses Support the administration of the credit card program including cardholder support Bank Mandate updates and queries Support with Treasury queries, including liaising with the Groups banking partners Any other ad hoc treasury duties Experience & Knowledge Treasury experience desirable but not essential Banking and Cash Management Experience desirable but not essential Experience of using Microsoft Excel Key Skills Attention to detail. Good problem solving skills Excellent communication skills. Good organisation skills with the ability to prioritize workloads to meet specific deadlines. Self-motivated and proactive with the ability to work independently & as part of a team
