Job Description

Recognised in both the Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for its work across insurance, personal injury and commercial services.In this role as a paralegal, you will play a pivotal role in the Travel Litigation department, working closely with an experienced team on a diverse range of travel litigation and personal injury claims. Your responsibilities will include providing valuablesupport to our lawyers on cases involving road traffic accidents abroad, package travel claims, employers liability claims abroad, and claims arising from accidents on planes and ships.To succeed in this role, the ideal candidate will have a proven track record in personal injury matters. You will be fully supported by the head of department and solicitors, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a friendly and cohesive teamdedicated to delivering the best possible outcomes for our clients.Essential Skills

  • Possess a Law Degree and/or a minimum of 1 years experience in a paralegal or legal assistance role
  • Demonstrable experience in handling travel litigation or personal injury claims is preferable but not essential
  • A strong commitment to delivering excellent client care and service
  • The ability to work empathetically and effectively with clients from diverse backgrounds, understanding and addressing their unique needs
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to scrutinise and fact-check internal and court reports
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
  • The capacity to work calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, allowing you to build rapport with colleagues and clients alike
