Including the following :- Providing reports on jobs completed and failures and other KPIS - Supporting the operations team when issues arise with drivers and jobs booked - Liaising with the sales team in regards to new client on boarding and their requirements - Reviewing compliance documentation on behalf of clients and the company - Proactively fulfilling jobs booked on the platform - Tracking of courier partners to ensure jobs are completed efficiently and without issue.- Onboarding courier partners - via telephone and video call - Updating Company CRM with relevant courier partner details - Driver compliance - Keeping up to date with new legislation - Providing bespoke quotes to support the sales team - Management of the operations team in absence of the Operations Manager Ideally from a Same day/ Parcel / Pallet industry.
