Transformation Project Manager x 4 - Transformation - Business Transformation - Prince2 - Agile - MSP - Remote / WFH with some travel - £50-£60k Base + 10% Bonus + PackageConcept are delighted to be working with a true leader in Business Transformation with proven track record of establishing enterprise-wide strategic alignment, with a vision to redefine new ways of working by encouraging agility, transparency and ownershipto anchor transformation.My client require a number of Transformation Project Manager to join our Transformation Management Office (TMO) to lead and manage the execution of one or more key transformation initiatives, including: Operating Model, Process Re-engineering, EnterpriseData and Business Systems.Working with autonomy in a fast paced, dynamic environment, this role will engage with functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Corporate IT, Coworker Services and Services to:

• Develop, maintain and drive project plans and prepare regular reporting on projects
• Support planning, directing and coordination of day-to-day activities in running a project / portfolio
• Monitor and manage project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies whilst escalating as required
• Facilitate workshops and planning sessions
• Ensure Project Delivery governance is followed and help to define/optimise delivery standards and processes
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across teams
• Write compelling business cases to support specific transformation projects
• Use creative and effective approaches to drive projects forward with an emphasis on supporting the teams through changes and achieving the best outcomes
• Coach, encourage and hold people to account for delivering their responsibilities within projects
• Actively contribute to developing a positive culture of continuous improvement across the organisation

What you need to succeed:Must-have:

• 5+ years in a Transformation Project Management role
• Good understanding of programme management methodologies, frameworks, processes, tools and industry best practices (Prince2, Agile, MSP etx)
• Experience in leveraging tools to enable project management, issue tracking and reporting
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills
• Experience in applying and embedding PMO methodologies across large scale programs is desirable
• Effective written and verbal communications including ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms to stakeholders as required
• Working experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent planning and task management skills
• Proven experience in facilitating workshops and program planning sessions
• Experience of working with business stakeholders across multiple businesses, markets and support functions
