Job Description

That’s why we’re ready to invest in training and developing our teams. You’ll specialise in delivering payroll and pensions learning and on-the-job coaching, with a focus on apprentices and trainee officers. Working in collaboration Pensions and Payroll Team leaders, you’ll identify and plan for training interventions, review processes and methodologies, and embed a culture of continuous improvement and ‘right first time’.Skills & knowledge requiredWith a background in HR and finance, you’ll have extensive knowledge of policy and procedures in pensions or payroll. You’re likely to hold a relevant qualification (CIPP or PMI) and have experience or training in designing and delivering workplace learning. Knowledge of the customer services environment is important. A good communicator, both in person and in writing, you’ll be analytical, well-organised, calm under pressure and ready to supervise small teams.
