Job Description

The VacancyWe have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Training Coordinator to join our highly regarded Training Team, based in Fieldfishers Manchester office. This role will report to the Training Team Leader and provide efficient support to the internaltraining function at Fieldfisher.Comprehensive training will be given to the successful candidate on the Firms Learning Management System (LMS) and related processes.Who should applyThis is a great opportunity for somebody who enjoys processing data and has strong accuracy and data inputting skills.   • To provide day-to-day administrative support to the IT Training team across multiple locations.
  • To perform administrative tasks which include dealing with requests, scheduling and course bookings, as well as the setup of new starters in the LMS and role relevant enrolments for induction.
  • Maintain accurate training records and follow-up with non-attendees for rebooking, ensuring mandatory training is completed.
  • Manage waiting lists within the LMS.
  • Maintain the course library and any updates from trainers to eLearning modules.
  • Update intranet information for IT Training.
  • Assist with firmwide training comms and tracking of responses.
  • Liaise key contacts across the firm to manage delegate attendance.
  • Advise and promote training or upskilling programmes.
  • Produce reports as directed and provide booking and last minute cancellation updates to the IT Trainers.
  • Provide post-training admin support during busy periods.
  • Following guidance and aided by checklists, assist with testing of training accounts following updates.
  • Assist in external course bookings for the department.
  • Undertake any administrative ad hoc tasks as required to other IT Teams which are project related.

  • An excellent coordinator who pays attention to detail and is accurate.
  • Have very good written and verbal communications skills.
  • Have a flexible, customer-focussed approach and take the initiative to resolve issues.
  • Demonstrate strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Ability to work autonomously and ask for direction when unsure.
Experience with any of the following would be advantageous however, full training will be provided:
  • A learning management system
  • Using Microsoft Office
