Job Description

Salary: £19,000 to £23,000 Uncapped Commission (Up to £35,000 OTE)Location: Manchester City Centre, M2Hours: Monday to FridayNo Evenings, Weekends or Bank HolidaysIt takes all kinds of people to make Verastar the success that we are. Lets work together.If youre looking to start a career in sales and earn while you learn then weve got the job for you.Earn while you learn!With a starting salary of £19,000 and an uncapped commission scheme that kicks in from your very first sale youll quickly be hitting £22,000 to £25,000 OTE and thats before the pay rises! Thats right, as you build your sales knowledge and experience yoursalary will go up to £21,000 and then £23,000, just as a little thank you for all your hard work.Grow your sales career!We want everyone at Verastar to learn and progress, so weve invested in the tools youll need to make this happen. On top of this well give youloads of one-to-one support on your journey along our structured sales career paths.What youll do as a Sales AdvisorWe care about finding the best solutions for all of our customers and youll be part of making that happen.

  • Youll make outbound calls to our existing customers, identifying opportunities to create a package that saves them time and money through our unique One Bill solution.
  • Well teach you how to build your sales pipeline through straightforward, open and honest conversations with our customers, getting a real understanding of their needs and how these change over time.
  • Youll achieve all of this as part of a wider team that celebrates success together and supports each other to be the best we can be.
