The position is all about effective questioning to understand what level of cover the customer is looking for as well as their budget constraints. Once you have gathered all the information, you will be able to provide the customer with a policy best suited to their needs.The successful candidate will receive a bonus for every sale they make. Current advisors are taking home £500 every month.
