  • They have physical offices in multiple locations with opportunities to relocate for top performers.
  • Trialling a 4-day working week. Monday to Wednesday office 8:30-5:30 with Thursday WFH and Friday off.
  • £100 bonus for 5 deals in a month.
  • Full comms is sliding scale up to 20% on everything you bill, no threshold.
  • Average time for first promo is 4 months and you should be a senior after 12 months

  • Telephone/meet businesses, looking to develop professional relationships; find new business and generate leads.
  • Autonomy over your own projects, with the mentorship from Directors and Seniors.
  • Closing business deals.
  • Build and develop relationships with new and existing clients & candidates
