Trainee Legal Recruitment ConsultantWe’re looking to expand our team in April/May 2024 with some super Trainee talent in our stunning, brand new office in the vibrant Spinningfields area which also boasts a free gym onsitefor all our team to use!The opportunityWe’re hiring for our team where you will be recruiting legal professionals for some of the largest and most reputable UK law firms.As a UK market leader since 2004, our teams are well-established with some amazing talented recruitment consultants who workwith some of the best resourcesand so we cant wait to be able to expand the teams further this year.Based in Manchesterstrendiestnew office location inSpinningfields this role comes with some amazing facilities available to ourteam including free access to the most advanced fitnessgymsin Manchester! We offer a brilliant work/life balance by offeringflexible working shifts across the week, a 4.5 day working week (but paid for 5 days), remote working at least once a week and dozy days every month!What will the role look likeYou’ll be an expert in your field and essentially running your own business with a busy and varied day-to-day. You’ll love speaking with legal professionals everyday helping them advance their career and help achieve their goals and aspirations. As a legalrecruiter you will maintain and build long-standing relationships with some of the UK’s biggest law firms being able to consult, advise on current market conditions and provide a solution to their recruitment needs. Youll also be busy attracting and findingnew talent everyday through our extensive database and resources such as Linkedin Recruiter, job advertising and networking.As an ‘Investors in People Platinum’ accredited Company, progressing and developing our staff is hugely important to us! You will be looking at earning over £40k+ in your first year, £80k+ in yoursecond year and £100k beyond. • Super basic salary between £20,000 - £24,000 dependent on experience
• 33 days holiday with an additional 16 days holiday available through performance and attendance
