• Base salary of £25,000
• An OTE of £45,000 in your first year alone
• OTE of £65,000 in the second year and £85,000 in the third year

• Looking through CVs
• Cold and warm calling
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Creating rapport with candidates
• Prepping candidates for interviews
• Organizing the whole interview process

• At least 2:2 Graduate from a good university
• Great Communication skills
• Massively money motivated

• Shows Maturity
• A good sense of humour
