Job Description

Package - £23K basic salary for entry level. + Uncapped commissionThe opportunity comes with some of the very best training in recruitment. With hundreds of years experience between the training team you will be guided though your 180 to 360 process working with the best in the industry. The firm takes pride on buildingpeople from within the company, taking people from Associate all the way to Seniors who earn six figures yearly.The Role:

  • As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing candidates and matching them to relevant job opportunities.
  • Bringing onboard new clients and building relationships with new and existing clients.
  • Negotiating, influencing and persuading where appropriate to achieve the best outcome.
