Job Description

Role - Trainee Recruitment ConsultantLocation - Manchester OfficePackage -: £22 - £26k basic salary for entry level. Flexible for experience + plus uncapped commission - (Year 1 OTE £35K OTE, Year 2 OTE £45K OTE)Trainee Recruitment Consultant - The Role:Our client is a global firm specialising in the finance and technology recruitment sectors with the aim to provide a thorough, effective and transparent solution to their client and candidates needs. The directors have 20 years experience specialisingin financial and technology jobs. Both directors have successful careers with a strong track record working with the worlds leading financial institutions. Today they bring their passion, knowledge and work ethic to the forefront of their business.Day to day responsibilities:

  • Managing the entire Candidate Recruitment Process
  • Identify & Qualify: Source and approach potential candidates in a telephone-based environment, assessing their suitability against specific client requirements
  • Resource: Utilise job boards, internal database and social media to find high-quality professionals
  • Proactively seeking new business opportunities & generating leads
  • Sourcing and screening candidates globally
  • Building relationships with candidates and existing/new clients
  • Negotiating offers
  • Updating and maintaining our in-house database
  • Learning about technology and global financial markets

  • Degree educated or 6 months sales experience
