Job Description

With a focus on expertise, integrity, and respect we put our customers and people at the heartof everything we do.We are looking for Trainee Customer Services Advisors to support our IVA Supervisory team. This role will consist of:

  • Contacting our existing customers who are due to undergo a financial review as part of their existing financial solution
  • Factfinding about the customers situation and availability to discuss their account, before passing along to a Supervisory Agent, who will complete the call.
Experience within the financial services industry is preferable, though not necessary; just a positive attitude and the desire to succeed! Extensive training is provided for this position with a view to quick progression within the company.We would love to hear from you if
  • You have experience in a phone-based Customer Services role
  • You have the ability to learn and develop your skills quickly
  • You can communicate in professional manner with a variety of customers
  • You are self-motivated and have the desire to progress
  • You thrive in a fast-paced environment
