Trainee Account Manager - Electrical- Established training plan for world leading electrical manufacturer - Perfect for a hands on electrical professional - £35k basic (£40k-£45k OTE 1st year, £50-£55k OTE year 2), car (Audi, BMW, Mercedes etc.), commission, company credit card, BUPA, iPhone & more- Any UK Location Overview:Electrical work is ace. Makes the lights come on, makes our Alexa play great music and basically makes the world go round. And without Electrical professionals, we would live in a world of darknessBut sometimes, on that cold, dark morning or when you have to travel and stay for a week miles away, do you look for a way for a slightly different direction in your career, with real earning potential A career where you can talk about your expertise andwork for one of the biggest companies in their sectorOn that basis, we are looking for an electrical professional (in ANY discipline) who wants to transfer their knowledge in to a new skill set. This will take at least 12 months to get you up to speed, as we train you on our complex electrical products & solutions,but an opportunity to really forge a career in a company who have a record in developing their staff to the best they can be.Oh, and also, once up and running, the money in this sector will dwarf what youve been used to with a quality car as well!Its all about you:Were hugely open to this and have had success from all different sectors in the past. Electricians, Design Engineers, Graduates with some experience, Project Engineers, Electrical manufacturing you get the picture!Someone who can basically speak to people, build relationships, wanting to learn etc. With the training and development we will put in to you with our world class products & solutions, it would be impossible not to succeed. We will also give you as longas you need to get up to speed, as long as you have the correct attitude.The role:As alluded to, we have some of the best electrical equipment in our sector that we manufacture ourselves. This goes in to the likes of rail, oil & gas, healthcare, electric vehicles, utilities etc. and we need someone to offer better solutions that mostcompanies have - thats where you come in!So working in our established teams, you will be basically offering better solutions than most will already have and using your technical knowledge to "speak their language".The Company:We have worked with some of the major electrical players in the world over the years, these are organisation the one that I have the most interest in from candidates historically.
