Our client, Trafford council is looking for a Team Manager to join their Fostering & Adoption team.They are looking for a dynamic solution focused team leader to join their leadership team alongside two existing team leaders and the service manager role. You will be building a performance culture with the team grounded in Restorative Practice. You will be engaged with using performance information and relational practice to hold to account, inspire and nurture the team to deliver a child focused responsive, high quality fostering service.They have a strong vision to work in Trafford and are developing a new approach by embedding Restorative Practice throughout the service.
