The Asset Coordinator£20.00 per hour12 months mat over Manchester City CentreThe Asset Coordinator will have full responsibility for the Maintenance & Management of DoDoEFCDs CAFM system, developing SLAs and KPIs, carrying out data cleansing, creation of naming conventions, management of data, ongoing training and developmentof the system.This will include but is not limited the creation of all PPM schedules and work activities based upon SFG20 checklists, the alignment and import of BIM Cobie data sets for new build capital projects and the creation of service plans by asset types to deliverstatutory and mandatory compliance across DoEFCD.Work with Operational Leads form across DoEFCD, (Engineering, Operations, Capital Developmentand Facilities) to continuously improve the quality of asset data and delivery of Planned Preventative Maintenance activities.To ensure that the Planon system becomes, the sole system for asset management and PPM delivery across DoEFCD, where required monthly reconciliations on external systems PPM schedules and statutory documentation is completed with Planon.Relevant experience:
