You will receive fantastic employee discount on our products, a discounted share purchase scheme and access to our Employee Assistance Programme and much more!As a Test Analyst at N Brown you will:- Support and enable the squad in delivering of testing of multiple solutions within projects or releases to implementation.- Support the squad to define and maintain test plans and estimates at a project and programme level to ensure that the correct balance of cost efficiency and risk has been met.- Create test strategies and approaches to ensure agreed coverage and approach ensuring that they are in line with the Organisational Test Strategy.- Work with a QA approach to ensure continuous improvement in the efficiency of testing through increasing the levels of automation, re-use of plans and scripts and effective reporting and defect tracking.- Support the Test Lead with management and leadership of our internal colleagues and test partner to successfully deliver testing of solutions to time, cost and quality along with demonstrable leadership skills that support our colleagues and behaviours aligned to our values.- Ensure any risks regarding testing within the project and release portfolio are documented and highlighted to the relevant parties and taking ownership of those risks to an agreed resolution.- Have significant interaction with internal customers, especially end user SME’s.- Support the Test Lead with third-party companies. Ideally,managing the relationship and setting quality standards and arranging test cycles for any sprint release they are working on.- Create and maintain a regression pack, as well as handing over the ownership of this execution to other teams once this becomes a ‘business as usual’ activity.Here at N Brown we are looking for a Test Analyst with: - ISEB / ISTQB testing qualification and practical application (Foundation to Practitioner).- Demonstrable experience of managing multiple test streams within a portfolio/set of releases.- Proven ability to define input to and understand test strategies and approaches that encompass the full testing life cycle.- Experience of working on business transformation programmes, with experience of defining and managing a variety of test strategies and approaches in a range of technology environments including mission critical 24x7 Applications.- Excellent understanding of the testing lifecycle, phase testing objectives, entry/exit acceptance criteria, Risk-based approaches to testing cycle definition.- Experience of Jira and other test tools.- Experience of Automation would be an advantage, ideally Selenium/Appium.- Supplier management skills developed in an IT environment using internal and external resources.If this sounds like the Test Analyst role for you and you would like to join the team at N Brown click apply now.
